MacKenzie Watson

Mackenzie Watson is an accomplished actor and producer with a diverse background in film and television. Currently serving as an actor for SAG-AFTRA since March 2023, Mackenzie previously worked as a Visualization Coordinator at Day for Nite and contributed to Participant as an Assistant in Content & Platform Strategy and worldwide marketing. Mackenzie gained recognition as a screenwriter with Darius Films Inc. for the comedy pilot "Casanova," which involved pitching to major networks. As a writer, producer, and lead actor in the UCLA student film "Casanova," Mackenzie secured multiple festival awards and selections, including the Audience Choice Award at the Topaz Film Festival by Women in Film Dallas in 2020. Educationally, Mackenzie holds an M.F.A. in Producing from UCLA and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, complemented by a summer abroad at Fudan University.
