Currently serving as an Associate at Saga Corporate Finance AS since February 2020, Eirik has been actively involved in investment banking transactions. Prior to this role, Eirik worked at RSM Norge from September 2017 to February 2020 as a Senior Associate in M&A Transaction Services, specializing in M&A, financial due diligence, and valuation, after initially serving as an Associate focused on financial due diligence, valuation, and audit. Eirik holds a Master of Science in Business with a major in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School, completed in 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from the same institution, earned in 2014.
