Cathryn Cook

Cathryn Cook has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Cathryn worked at Saga Education, where they held multiple roles including Senior Director of Data Systems and Analytics, Director of Information Systems and Analytics, Director of Data Management and Analytics, and Special Projects Coordinator. Cathryn also worked as a Strategic Data Project Agency Fellow at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University. Prior to that, they worked at Roxbury Preparatory Charter School as an 8th Grade English Teacher and 8th Grade Chair. Additionally, Cathryn served as an Executive Director and Site Director at Match Tutors, where they were responsible for monitoring and driving academic progress, collaborating on curriculum development, and managing staff. Cathryn also had internships at Teach Plus and Club Z Tutoring, and worked as an Apollo 20 Consultant at Houston ISD. Cathryn's early experience includes working as a Match Corps VI member at MATCH School, where they provided individualized instruction and support to students in various subjects.

Cathryn Cook has a Bachelor's Degree in English, with minors in Spanish and Psychology, which they obtained from Union College between 2005 and 2009. In 2011 and 2012, they attended Harvard University and obtained a Master's Degree in Education Policy and Management. Additionally, they have obtained the Executive Data Science Specialization certification from Coursera in 2018.
