Maryellen Leneghan

Maryellen Leneghan is an accomplished educator and administrator with extensive experience in mathematics education and program development. Currently serving as the Chief State & District Partnerships Officer at Saga Education, Maryellen has held multiple leadership positions within the organization since July 2016, including Vice President for District Partnerships and Senior Director of Programs. Prior to this, Maryellen taught high school mathematics at Perspectives Leadership Academy, where responsibilities included creating and implementing lesson plans, managing standardized testing, and serving as the Assistant Dean of Discipline. Earlier teaching roles consisted of positions at HOPE Academy Chapelside, where Maryellen taught math and science, and additional teaching positions focused on math intervention for various grade levels. Maryellen holds an MBA in Executive Management and a Graduate Certificate in K-12 Educational Public Policy and Leadership, both from Ohio University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Middle Childhood Education from the same institution.
