Michael Fairbanks has a diverse work experience that spans from 2012 to 2022. Michael began their career in 2012 as a Teacher at Teach for America, where they worked until 2014. Michael then joined KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools as a Principal from 2016 to 2018. Following that, Michael transitioned to Torah Day School Of Atlanta, serving as the Principal of General Studies (Middle School) from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they are employed at Saga Education as the Director of District Partnerships since July 2022.
Michael Fairbanks earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Florida State University in 2011. Michael later pursued a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at Mercer University from 2019 to 2022.
