Charlotte Bissett CMgr MCMI has a diverse work experience history. Charlotte started as a PA to the Creative Director at De Beers Diamond Jewellers in 2002. Throughout the years, they progressed into roles such as Trust Administrator at The Charles Darwin Trust, Project Manager at Marion Allford Associates, Senior Account Manager at MSO.net, and then held various positions at Saga plc., including Digital Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and currently, as Digital Product Lead.

Charlotte Bissett CMgr MCMI pursued their education starting from secondary school at Cobham Hall from 1983 to 1988. Charlotte then completed their A levels in English, Geography, and History of Art at The King's School Canterbury from 1988 to 1990. Charlotte went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History of Art and Architecture from the University of Reading from 1990 to 1993. Charlotte furthered their studies with a PG Diploma in History of Art and Architecture from Oxford Brookes University in 1993-1994. Most recently, Charlotte completed a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute in 2018-2020.
