Jason Wharmby has a background in web development and software engineering. Jason started their career as a Thunderhead Developer at Saga plc and then progressed to roles such as Junior Application Developer, Application Developer, Senior Application Developer, and finally Lead Application Developer. Jason'sexperience includes working with technologies such as .NET, React, Azure, Sitecore, Octopus Deploy, Teamcity, MVC, jQuery, JavaScript, MSSQL, Entity Framework, and Web API. Additionally, they served as a Web Administrator at ZLT Electrical Limited before joining Saga plc.

Jason Wharmby attended The Harvey Grammar School from 2007 to 2013. In 2023, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
