Julie Slingsby started their career at Colonial in 1994 as a Marketing Campaign Manager, where they worked on delivering financial services products. Julie transitioned to Saga plc. in 1998, holding various roles including Senior Marketing Manager at Saga Insurance and later moving on to lead marketing teams within Saga Services. Julie's responsibilities included developing marketing strategies, improving customer experience, and driving marketing initiatives through data analytics. Julie'smost recent role at Saga plc. was as the Head of Marketing Optimisation, focusing on growing the marketable database and optimizing marketing processes to ensure GDPR compliance.
Julie Slingsby obtained a BA (Hons) in Business Studies/ Marketing from the University of Kent in 1991-1994. Julie also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 1998.
