Katherine Moon has extensive experience in copywriting and content creation, with a career spanning over two decades. Since September 2008, Katherine has held various positions at Saga plc, advancing from Copywriter to Copy Manager, reflecting a strong progression in skills and responsibilities. In addition to this role, Katherine has worked as a freelance writer and editor since June 2007, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in different writing environments. Prior to joining Saga plc, Katherine gained customer service experience at Waitrose from September 2001 to February 2007. Katherine holds a Master of Arts in English Literature and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Canterbury Christ Church University, along with foundational education from Folkestone School for Girls.
