Vivek Singh is the Head of IP Prosecution Practice at Sagacious IP, where Vivek leads a team of IP attorneys & agents to assist clients in developing IP strategies and managing their IP portfolios. Prior to this role, Vivek served as Deputy Director and Senior Asst. Director of IPR at FICCI, focusing on IPR public policy, stakeholder engagement, and advisory services to MSMEs. Vivek also has experience as a Business Head at 1mg, Founder of homeobuy.com, and as an IP-Litigation Lawyer at Inttl Advocare. With a diverse educational background including an MBA in Marketing and a LL.B, Vivek has demonstrated expertise in IP management, prosecution, and strategic business development.
