Páll Arnar Hauksson has been working in the field of research and development since 2015. Páll Arnar began their career at KeyNatura as Head of Product Development in 2015. In 2018, they moved to SagaNatura, where they have held the roles of Head of Research And Development and Head of Product Development.

Páll Arnar Hauksson obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Food Science from Háskóli Íslands in 2011-2014, followed by a Master's Degree in Food Science from the same institution in 2014-2016.
