Agnès Huyghues Despointes

Agnès Huyghues Despointes is a Partner at Sagard and joined the firm in 2007. As a member of Sagard NewGen investment team, Agnès plays an active role in originating and executing deals, as well as in tracking investment performance. Agnès originally joined Sagard as an Associate on the Sagard MidCap team in 2007, was promoted to Director in 2011 and Principal in 2015, and made Partner on the Sagard NewGen team in 2019. She is based in Paris.

Prior to Sagard, Agnès was an Analyst in the M&A division at Deutsche Bank where she was served a private equity funds and corporate clients on numerous deals. She began her career at KPMG in the Transaction Services division.

Agnès holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a degree from a CEMS programme at Bocconi University in Milan.
