Éléonore Caramalli

Éléonore Caramalli has served as an Investment Manager at Sagard in Europe since 2021. As a member of the Sagard MidCap investment team, Éléonore invests in middle market opportunities focused on transformational growth companies located in Europe and plays an active role in executing investment transactions as well as monitoring portfolio companies. She is based in Paris, France.

Eléonore started her career at Rothschild & Co as an Investment Banking Associate in Paris. There, she was involved in several M&A and capital markets transactions for corporates and private equity funds, notably in the consumer, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Before that, Eléonore notably completed two internships at Sullivan & Cromwell and CVC Capital Partners.

She holds a Master in Business Law from Paris I-Panthéon Sorbonne University, a Master in Management (Programme Grandes Ecoles) from ESCP-Europe and passed the Paris Bar in 2018.
