Andrew Thompson

Andrew Thompson is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in control systems and automation, holding the position of Principal Engineer at SAGE Automation since July 2017. Prior to this role, Andrew served as a Senior Systems Engineer at SAGE Automation and as a Senior Control Systems Engineer at LogiCamms from June 2004 to June 2017, where Andrew contributed to significant projects including the Viterra Control System Upgrades and the Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal. Earlier in Andrew's career, from November 2000 to June 2004, Andrew was a Control Systems Engineer at Baker Hughes, a GE company, and worked as a Maintenance Engineer for Baker Atlas. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Adelaide between 1996 and 1999.
