Tim Phillips

Tim Phillips is an experienced professional in the automation and control systems fields, currently serving as a NOC Support Engineer at SAGE Automation since August 2025. Prior to this role, Tim was the Operations Readiness Lead for the SCADA Upgrade Project at Port Waratah Coal Services from December 2022 to August 2025. Tim's career at SAGE Automation also includes positions as Service Team Lead and Process Control Engineer from November 2017 to December 2022. Tim began his career as a Shift Electrician at Teys Australia and later at Thomas Foods International, following an apprenticeship as an Electrician.
