Nikola Kohlen

Nikola Kohlen is currently serving as a Product and Business Development Manager at Sage Automotive Interiors since September 2023. Prior to this role, Nikola held positions such as Produktmanager at VOSS Fluid from August 2021 to June 2023 and Product Development Manager for Trim Innovation at Adient from April 2017 to July 2021. Nikola’s extensive career at Johnson Controls spanned from December 2000 to March 2017, during which various roles included Business Development Manager for Fabrics & Trim, New Product Manager for Seating, Senior Account Financial Manager, Business Development Manager, Strategic Planner, and Engineering Controlling with a focus on cost center and project controlling. Nikola earned a Magister degree in Geistes- und Naturwissenschaften from the University of Cologne between 1991 and 1998.
