Biomedical Data Manager at Sage Bionetworks

Amelia Kallaher has a diverse work experience in the field of library and information science. Amelia currently holds the position of Biomedical Data Manager at Sage Bionetworks since August 2022. Previously, they worked as a Data Literacy Librarian at Cornell University from August 2021 to August 2022. During their time at Cornell, Amelia also served as an Applied Social Sciences Librarian from August 2017 to August 2021, specializing in health policy, agriculture, and sociology disciplines. Prior to their work at Cornell, they held the position of Scholarly Resources Librarian at New College of Florida from January 2016 to August 2017. Amelia has also contributed as an Editor for the RDAP Review column at ASIS&T from January 2016 to January 2017. Amelia gained internship experience at the American Library Association from January 2014 to January 2016 and worked as a College Librarian at Southern Technical College from January 2014 to January 2016. Amelia'searly career started as an Assistant Librarian at Southwest Florida College from January 2012 to January 2014.

Amelia Kallaher completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee in 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Amelia obtained certifications in various subjects such as Conflict of Interest, Biomedical Research (HSR), and Information Privacy and Security from the CITI Program in September 2022.
