Samantha Forshaw

Samantha Forshaw is a skilled Speech Language Pathologist with extensive experience in evaluating and treating children with various speech, language, and feeding disorders. Currently employed at THERAPY 2000 and Sage Care Therapy Services since January 2018 and September 2019 respectively, Samantha specializes in conducting assessments in home environments and creating individualized goals to enhance communication and feeding skills. Previous roles include Clinical Fellow at THERAPY 2000 and Graduate Student Clinician across multiple educational settings, where Samantha worked with a diverse range of cases, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental challenges. Samantha holds a Master's degree from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree from Texas Christian University.
