As an office manager, Rose has demonstrated a strong ability to maintain a friendly and clean environment for patients while effectively leading and supervising Front Office and clinical teams. Responsibilities include assisting in team development, managing payroll and disciplinary actions, and enhancing office productivity through strategic marketing efforts. Previous experience as a secretary at Manchester Packers/JWI and an educational background in Accounting and Business Management from DeCarteret College have further contributed to Rose’s skill set in office administration and management.
