Rebecca Arora

Rebecca Arora is an accomplished executive coach and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Access Alignment since January 2009, where the focus is on providing specialized coaching to CEOs and C-suite executives in mission-driven companies. Additionally, Rebecca works as an advisor for Sage Digital and has a history of advising and directing wellness initiatives at Mode Media Corp, where the Wellness vertical was successfully launched. Earlier in their career, Rebecca founded the Youth Mentor Network, enhancing support for underserved high school students. Previous roles also include positions in product strategy at Oracle Corporation and consulting at Accenture. Rebecca holds an Advanced ZenBodytherapy(R) Practitioner certification from the International Zentherapy Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Wake Forest University.
