Before joining SAGE, Brandon held various managerial positions at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services and ARAMARK, demonstrating a strong ability to manage large teams, oversee extensive budgets, and improve operational efficiency. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management from The Art Institutes and an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
