Brandon M. Barnes

Brandon M. Barnes, FMP, has extensive experience in food service management, currently serving as Regional Manager for SAGE Dining Services since August 2011, overseeing operations in the southern United States with a managed volume exceeding $80 million. Previous roles at SAGE include District Manager and Culinary Support for the West Region, where effective communication and operational support were key responsibilities. Before joining SAGE, Brandon held various managerial positions at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services and ARAMARK, demonstrating a strong ability to manage large teams, oversee extensive budgets, and improve operational efficiency. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management from The Art Institutes and an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
