Wayne Sass, Ph.D., serves as the Founding Chief Technology Officer at Sage Health, a healthcare startup focused on providing primary care and specialty services for seniors in underserved markets. Additionally, Wayne is an Adjunct Professor at both the College of Health Information Management Executives (CHIME) and the University of Southern California's Sol Price School of Public Policy, where responsibilities include teaching Leadership, Strategic Management, and Digital Health courses. Previous experience includes senior executive roles at Optum, Monarch HealthCare, MemorialCare, Nautilus Healthcare Management Group, Hoag Hospital, DaVita, PacifiCare, and Computer Sciences Corporation. Wayne holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and has completed advanced studies and degrees in business administration and leadership.
