Community Outreach and Operations

The Community Outreach and Operations team at Sage Health is responsible for engaging with local communities to promote and improve access to Sage Health's services for seniors. They organize events, build relationships with community leaders, and ensure smooth operations within Sage Health Centers. Their primary goal is to increase awareness of, and facilitate seamless access to, concierge primary care and wellness services, ultimately helping to keep seniors healthy while minimizing barriers to care.
