James Chagnon

James Chagnon is currently serving as the Area Director of Revenue Management at Sage Hospitality Group since January 2022, following a tenure as Area Revenue Analyst. Prior experience includes a position in Group Housing at White Lodging Services from March 2018 to January 2022, where James significantly improved revenue by streamlining group reservation processes and managing inventory control. Earlier roles at Target encompassed leadership positions as Executive Team Leader and Team Lead, where responsibilities included overseeing sales operations, ensuring customer service excellence, and team training. James also served as a Planning and Environment Intern at Downtown Denver Partnership and as an intern at Ragnar Benson Construction, gaining relevant experience in project management and research. Academic credentials include two Master’s degrees in Urban and Regional Planning and Urban Design from the University of Colorado Denver, along with a Bachelor's degree in Planning from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
