Jess Carpenter

Jess Carpenter currently serves as the Area Director of Finance for Sage Hospitality Group, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Jess held various finance-related roles, including Director of Finance at AC Hotel Minneapolis Downtown from July 2021 to the present and Area Assistant Director of Finance at Sage Hospitality Group from April 2020 to July 2021. Jess began a career in hospitality with positions such as Accounting Manager and Assistant General Manager, demonstrating a strong foundation in hotel operations and guest services. Jess's extensive experience spans multiple hotels, showcasing skills in finance management, guest experience enhancement, and departmental oversight, all supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
