Jill Strauss

Jill Strauss is an accomplished professional in the field of Human Resources with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. As the Senior Corporate Director of People & Culture at Sage Hospitality Group since February 2015, Jill has significantly contributed to developing modern, independent hotels with unique branding and artistry. Previous roles include Regional Director of People & Culture for Sage Hotel Management and Sage Restaurant Concepts in the Western United States, and Divisional People Resources Director at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where oversight of human resources for The St. Regis Aspen Resort was key. Earlier experience at Kimpton Hotels encompassed multiple leadership roles, overseeing the HR functions for various properties. Jill holds a BS in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Penn State University and an Associate of Arts in Graphic Design from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
