Kelsey Matovich

Kelsey Matovich is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter and Area Director of People & Culture at Sage Hospitality Group since June 2021, Kelsey has previously held roles at OHSU Health Hillsboro Medical Center as a Total Rewards Specialist and at Sage Hospitality in various capacities including Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Kelsey began a career in human resources with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aeronautics and Aviation Management from Kent State University, graduating in 2015.
