Nicole dos Santos

Nicole Dos Santos is an accomplished finance and operations leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Regional Director of Finance at Sage Hospitality Group since June 2021, Nicole previously held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Urby from April 2017 to November 2020, overseeing operations, finance, and team development for multi-family apartments and retail spaces. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Finance for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from May 2005 to April 2017, specifically at the St. Regis New York Hotel from 2015 to 2017. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from Boston University.
