Julio Fernandez

Julio Fernandez has over 20 years of experience in the IT and software development industry. Julio began their career in 1996 as a System Engineer and Founder at Jetcom Inc., where they designed, coded and deployed a custom-made system for Payroll, Customer Service, Invoice, Communication, Call Accounting, Payables and Receivables. In 1998, they joined The Answer Group, Inc. as a Software Developer, where they developed 9 web based applications in support of a 2,000+ seat call center. In 2001, Julio founded Intelliweb Consulting/J & P Security, Inc., where they provided applications development and security consulting, POS systems integration and micro-controller programming. Since 2008, they have been working as an IT Manager/Developer at Sage Outsource Solutions, Inc., where they have developed web apps to support the call center business including a Time Clock System, Chat System, and Real-Time phone data for multiple phone systems. Julio has also designed, built and maintained the entire infrastructure of a 100+ seat Call Center.

Julio Fernandez began their educational journey in 1986, attending Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra for a System Engineer Program. In 1988, they attended ATi Career Training Center - Worburn MA for Computer Programming/Programmer, General. From 2010 to 2020, Julio attended PluralSight, earning a Self-Pace Certificate in C#, Web-Base Apps, Microprocessor Programming, and Arduino. Most recently, Julio earned a Certificate in Cybersecurity from the University of Miami in 2021.
