Elena Shashkova

Elena Shashkova serves as the Associate Director of Sales Effectiveness and Analytics at Sage Therapeutics since August 2024, afterholding a role as Associate Director in Rare Disease Operations at ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from February 2024 to August 2024. Elena is also actively involved as a Board Member at the Women's Community League of Weston, focusing on outreach and philanthropy since May 2022. Previously, from April 2019 to March 2024, Elena worked at Sanofi as Director of Field Execution and Associate Director, leading IC plan design and implementation for MS and Oncology therapeutic areas. Earlier experience includes teaching mathematics at the Russian School of Mathematics from February 2016 to April 2019. Elena holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Rutgers Business School and an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Northwestern University.
