Elena Shashkova

Elena Shashkova is currently serving as the Associate Director of Sales Effectiveness and Analytics at Sage Therapeutics since August 2024 and is a Board Member at the Women's Community League of Weston, contributing to outreach and philanthropy initiatives. Previously, Elena held roles such as Associate Director in Rare Disease Operations at ANI Pharmaceuticals and Director of Field Execution at Sanofi, where responsibilities included designing and implementing incentive compensation plans and covering multiple therapeutic areas. Earlier experience includes positions at Novartis, where Elena started as a Sales Representative and progressed to Business Analytics roles, as well as other roles in financial analysis and marketing at companies like Schering-Plough and Aetna. Elena holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Rutgers Business School and degrees in Accounting and Physics of Metals from Northwestern University and National University of Science and Technology "MISIS," respectively.
