Jan Owen

Jan Owen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jan is currently working as an Associate Director, MLR Operations Excellence (Lead) at Sage Therapeutics, where they manage and oversees the MLR review processes and systems. Prior to this role, they worked as a Contractor (through Manning) - MLR Review & Marketing Operations Team at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals.

Jan also has experience at Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they held multiple roles. Jan was a Senior Manager, Promotional Operations - Commercial Operations & Insights Team, where they engaged in the MLR review and approval process, and partnered with various departments to establish content review processes. Jan also worked as a Project Coordinator (Contractor) on the same team, where they monitored the MLR material review and approval process and assisted with end-user training.

Before joining Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, Jan co-owned S&J Ventures LLC from 2015 to 2020.

Earlier in their career, Jan worked at Takeda Oncology in various roles. Jan was a Senior Manager on the Marketing Effectiveness Team, responsible for managing global project launch plans and overseeing print production and promotional materials fulfillment programs. Jan also served as a Senior Manager on the Commercial Field Operations Team, managing fulfillment programs and vendor processes, and as a Manager on the US Sales Operations Team, overseeing promotional materials fulfillment and fleet programs. Jan started their career at Biogen as a Sales Operations Coordinator and later worked as a Contractor through Randstad.
