Sunil Chawla

Sunil Chawla has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sunil currently holds the position of Executive Director, Supply Chain at Sage Therapeutics since April 2021. Prior to that, they served as Senior Director, Supply Chain at the same company from November 2018 to April 2021, and as Director, Supply Chain from November 2015 to November 2018.

Before joining Sage Therapeutics, Sunil worked at Biogen for eleven years. Sunil held various roles including Associate Director, External Manufacturing from April 2015 to November 2015, Associate Director, US Commercial Operations and Planning from July 2012 to April 2015, Senior Manager, Contract Manufacturing from October 2005 to July 2012, and Associate II, Supply Chain Quality Assurance from July 2004 to October 2005.

Sunil began their career at Organogenesis in 2003, where they served as a Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist from January 2003 to July 2004. Prior to that, they were a Quality Control Raw Materials/Chemistry Analyst at Dow from August 2002 to January 2003.

Additionally, Sunil worked at Organogenesis as a Quality Control Analyst - Microbiology/Analytical Chemistry from October 1999 to July 2002, and at CR Bard as a Hematology Research Laboratory/Quality Control Associate from April 1999 to October 1999.

Sunil Chawla completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between the years 1995 and 1998.
