Paula Cusimano

Paula Cusimano is an experienced property management professional with a diverse background in various roles within the real estate sector. Currently serving as an Assistant Property Manager at Sage Ventures since May 2023, Paula previously held the same title at Hirschfeld Properties LLC from February 2022 to June 2023. Prior to that, Paula was a Property Manager at The McGinley Group between January 2020 and November 2022, and served in multiple capacities at Morgan Properties, including Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Manager from February 2016 to 2019. Additional experience includes working as a Resident Services Coordinator at TRYKO PARTNERS from June 2015 to February 2016 and as a Marketing Associate at UDR from June 2013 to June 2015. Paula has pursued education at Columbia Southern University, Community College of Baltimore County, and the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
