Danielle Dryden

Danielle Dryden is an experienced People Services Leader currently managing a global People Services team at Sage. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and technology, Danielle collaborates with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience. They have a proven track record in HR transformation, employee relations, and change management, having also served in various roles at Arup from 2015 to 2023, including People Services Leader and Associate. Danielle began their career as a Human Resources Administrator at Parsons Brinckerhoff in 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Human Resource Management from Northumbria University.
