Sandy Calihat - Sunga has a range of work experience in various positions. Sandy worked at Entain as the Global People Services Centre Lead starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the HR Operations Manager - Tier 1 Support at Pearson from 2019 to 2023. Before joining Pearson, Sandy held multiple roles at dataSpring, including Director of Sales & Operations - North America & EMEA from 2017 to 2019, Director of Global Operations from 2015 to 2017, Senior Manager of the Pricing Team from 2013 to 2015, and Operations Manager of the Pricing Team from 2010 to 2013. Throughout their career, Sandy has demonstrated strong leadership skills, fostering high performance, continuous learning, and growth within their teams. Sandy has also been successful in implementing operational strategies, improving profitability, and delivering superior client service.

Sandy Calihat-Sunga completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness Management at the University of the Philippines from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Jacinto P. Elpa High School from 2001 to 2005.
