Jesslyn Chee

Jesslyn Chee is a seasoned HR M&A professional specializing in due diligence and post-merger integration. Currently serving as the People Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Sage since 2025, Jesslyn has previously held roles including HR M&A Due Diligence and Integration Lead at Cognizant and Mergers and Acquisitions Manager at Warner Music Group. Prior experience includes being a Senior Associate at PwC's People in Deals Team and an HR M&A Manager at KPMG UK. Jesslyn began their career as an International Student Ambassador at the University of York and has held various roles that enhanced their skills in people management and customer service.
