Natalie Parry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance coaching, sales, and recruitment. Currently serving as the Performance Coaching and Operations Manager at Sage since March 2023, Natalie specializes in strategic coaching for Sales Development Representatives and oversees operational reports. In addition, Natalie co-hosts the Jobshare Podcast, which offers valuable career insights and advice. Previously, as Head of Growth at Stephenson Law, Natalie focused on delivering user-friendly legal expertise, and held leadership roles at Key Training Limited, gradually advancing from a Recruitment Consultant to Head of Sales and Recruitment. Natalie's earlier career includes management positions at Hays Travel and The Co-operative Bank plc.
