Paul Davey has over two decades of experience in IT operations and service management. Currently serving as the IT Operations Partners Manager at Sage since September 2012, Paul has previously held various roles within the company, including UKI & NA IT Services Manager, Desktop Support Team Lead, and Service Desk Manager. Prior to Sage, Paul worked at NHS South of Tyne and Wear from July 2009 to September 2012 as ICT Service Desk Manager and Service Desk Team Leader. Additionally, Paul spent nearly nine years at T-Mobile UK from October 2000 to July 2009 as a Team Leader/Realtime Analyst.
