Don Menser is an accomplished program management professional with extensive experience across various organizations in the technology and government sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Program Management at Sagecor Solutions since November 2021, Don has previously held senior program management roles at Applied Insight LLC, InfoTeK Corporation, General Dynamics Information Technology, CSC, Serco - North America, InfoZen, Harris Corporation, AT&T Government Solutions, and SAIC. Academic credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management from Southern New Hampshire University, complemented by an Associate degree in Computer Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
