Rhea Kulkarni is currently an Incoming Intern at True Ventures. Prior to this role, Rhea held positions such as RLCIE Assistant Manager of Events and Career Services Mentor at Claremont McKenna College. As an Appel Research Fellow, Rhea conducted fieldwork in Jordan to assess the socioeconomic impact of the 2020 GDP decline. In addition, Rhea served as an Analyst in the TMT Industry Group at Sagehen Capital Management, where Rhea developed stock pitches on semiconductor industry companies. Rhea also worked as a Research Analyst at CellectGen, Inc., and as a Youth Ambassador at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Rhea is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Data Science at Claremont McKenna College.

Sagehen Capital Management
Founded in 2001, Sagehen Capital Management ("SCM") is a student-run hedge fund located at Pomona College. Open to all students at the Claremont Consortium, SCM provides an engaging environment for students to learn about investing through a hands-on approach. Today, SCM manages approximately $1 million of Pomona College's endowment with a value-oriented philosophy. Students receive weekly lessons on topics including valuation, portfolio management, and trading strategies. On occasion, the club hosts alumni, professors, or friends of the college to speak about their experiences in finance. The organizational structure includes Analysts, Senior Analysts, Fund Managers, and Executive Fund Manager(s).
