Kevin Thompson

Kevin Thompson, CPA, currently serves as the Accounting Manager at Sagemont Advisors since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Accountant at Greystar from July 2021 to March 2023, a Senior Auditor at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield from January 2020 to July 2021, and positions at Cohen & Company as both a Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant - Audit from September 2017 to January 2020. Early career experience includes an internship in auditing at Arthur Bell: CPAs & Advisors and working as a Surf Rescue Technician with Ocean City Beach Patrol. Kevin Thompson earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Towson University and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, expected to complete in December 2025.
