Vera Horvat

Vera Horvat, CFA has a diverse background in finance and analysis. Vera held the position of Director of Analytics and Insights at Sagen since March 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Genworth Canada from September 2012 to March 2019 as a Process Improvement and Analytics Project Manager. Before joining Genworth Canada, they were employed at Genworth Financial from September 2004 to July 2012. During this time, they held the roles of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and Financial Analyst. Vera'searlier experience includes working at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan from May 1999 to September 2004, where they served as a Financial Analyst in Fixed Income Derivatives and as a Portfolio Administrator in Derivative Markets and Alternative Investments.

Vera Horvat, CFA has a B.Commerce degree in Finance from McMaster University, which was obtained between 1996 and 1999. Additionally, they became a CFA Charterholder after completing their studies at the CFA Institute from 2000 to 2002.
