Eric Crook

Eric Crook has a diverse work experience. Eric started their career in 1999 at OSI as a Restaurant Manager, where they focused on providing high-quality customer service and managing kitchens. In 2010, they joined Verizon Data Services as a Tech Support Level II, providing support for Verizon and Vangent systems. In 2012, they joined SageNet LLC as a Network and Security Operations Center Level 3 Analyst, where they maintained and installed networks and assisted with troubleshooting. Since 2020, they have been working at SageNet as a Network Operations Engineer, designing and implementing Fortinet networks and supporting the Tier 3 NOC analysts.

Eric Crook attended ITT Technical Institute from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in Information Systems Security. Eric'sfield of study during this time was Information Technology.
