Marco Borba has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Marco started their career in 2001 at Genesys Conferencing as a Conference Coordinator Team Lead, where they worked until 2003. In 2004, they joined NVR Settlement Services, Inc. as a Home Settlement Processor, a role they held until 2006. Following this, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Armstrong Property Management, Inc. for a few months. In 2007, they joined Fannie Mae as a Tech Support Engineer I, and later that year, they also started working at SageNet as a Telecom Billing Analyst. At SageNet, they progressed through various roles, including Tech Support Engineer 1 and Telecom Provisioner. In 2015, they became a Telecom Project Manager at SageNet, a position they still hold.
From 1997 to 2000, Marco Borba attended Stonewall Jackson High School. During this time, they focused on studying business, but did not obtain a specific degree.
