Mark Luelf

Mark Luelf has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the telecommunications industry. Mark began their career at Tax and Accounting Software Corporation as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor and worked there for eight years. Mark then joined EasyTEL Communications as a Senior Voice Provisioner, where they specialized in provisioning various switches and managing customer information. Mark went on to work at Cox Communications as a Senior Voice Engineer for almost nine years, focusing on voice engineering. Currently, they are employed at SageNet as a Network Operations Center Technician, providing network support and troubleshooting connectivity issues for customers. Mark has extensive experience with Cisco and Fortinet routers, switches, and modems. Mark also possesses skills in analysis using Microsoft Excel.

Mark Luelf attended Oral Roberts University from 1987 to 1993, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music. Mark also specialized in Music Performance, General during their time at the university.
