Mathew Banik has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Mathew started their career in 2014 as a Help Desk Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they provided technical support to users. In 2016, they joined SageNet as a TTUP Tech, responsible for testing and verifying deployment of routers and switches. Mathew also upgraded Cisco IOS versions and verified routing protocols. Later, they transitioned to the role of a Network Operations Center Analyst Tier I, where they handled day-to-day network operations. Finally, they became a NOC & Cyber Security Tier II Analyst at SageNet in December 2018, where they continue to excel in managing network security and resolving technical issues.

Mathew Banik attended Tulsa Technology Center-Owasso Campus from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Computer Network Tech with a field of study in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.
