Saif Kamal has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Saif started their career as a Geologist at South Oil Company, where they supervised drilling engineers and managed contractors analyzing geological data. Saif then worked as a Geotechnical Engineer at Soil Investigations Laboratory, where they tracked schedule work, inspected implemented works, and prepared reports. As a Site Inspector at Jordan Engineering Laboratory, Saif inspected work compliance, scheduled works, and checked concrete mix. Saif also worked as a Field Inspector and Coordinator at Baghdad Moon for General Contracting, where they conducted material tests, estimated project costs, and coordinated school rehabilitation projects. Saif further gained experience as a Wellsite Geologist at Diversified Well Logging, implementing Six Sigma concepts to improve processes and analyzing data for well placement recommendations. Currently, Saif is working as a Hub Engineer/Project Analyst at SageNet, prioritizing, planning, executing, and overseeing project timelines and budgets while applying Six Sigma methodologies.
Saif Kamal has a Master's degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the University of Baghdad, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
In addition to their formal education, Saif Kamal has obtained several certifications. In October 2021, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In March 2020, they completed the Environmental Management Studies course from Alison - Free Online Learning. In February 2020, they received certification in Documentation of Contract Quantities from the Illinois Department of Transportation. Furthermore, they obtained the CCNA certification from Cisco in April 2016, and the CCENT certification from Cisco in March 2016.
