Mark Michalik

Mark Michalik has extensive work experience in contract management and analysis. Mark is currently working as an Analyst at Sagent Pharmaceuticals, where they prepare and implements customer contracts, ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supports sales and marketing teams. Previously, they worked as a Contract Consultant at Jerry's Construction, where they led contract negotiations, developed contract management procedures, and advised company leadership on contractual risks and opportunities.
