Steve Noghrey

Steve Noghrey is an experienced property manager with a strong background in managing Class A office buildings and luxury residential properties. Current work includes overseeing the 40-story, 900,000 SF property at 437 Madison Avenue for Sage, with major tenants such as Santander Bank and Wells Fargo. Previous positions at RXR involved managing multiple high-profile office buildings, including the 40-story, 535,000 SF property at 1330 Avenue of the Americas, and overseeing operations for various other locations. At Sioni Group, Steve served as Director of Operations, managing a portfolio of 10 office buildings totaling approximately 1 million square feet and taking charge of a ground-up development project. Earlier experience includes work as Assistant Portfolio Manager at AKAM, where responsibility included managing luxury condominium and co-op properties, and a tenure at Silverstone Property Group. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The George Washington University and has furthered education at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
