Michael Hoag

Michael Hoag is a highly experienced Senior Application Programmer/Analyst with a career spanning over three decades. Currently contracted with Guardian Life of the Caribbean Limited and Sagicor Life Insurance Company, Michael also serves as the owner of MD Hoag and Associates Consulting Services, offering quality consulting services since May 1989. Previously, Michael held key roles at notable organizations such as RBC Insurance and Sun Life Financial, where significant contributions included the design and implementation of Universal Life products and system enhancements for various insurance administration systems. A graduate of Georgian College, Michael possesses a Programmer Analyst Diploma, which complements extensive technical expertise in the insurance domain.
